Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of consulting, or partnership experience in life sciences, real-world evidence, HEOR, medical affairs, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to educate on or position data-driven solutions, RWE offerings, or analytics-based services to Pharma and biotech partners
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, building long-term client relationships, and managing complex enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with oncology research, oncology clinical trials, and use of RWE in evidence generation
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Experience partnering with scientific teams to shape study designs, protocols, or analytics that meet client needs
