About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Operational Excellence team to support internal processes and initiatives that keep the diagnostics business unit running efficiently. This is a broad, cross-functional role: the Project Manager will take on projects across a range of teams and workflows, partnering closely with stakeholders throughout the diagnostics organization to improve how work gets done.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related analytical field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare/diagnostics, or data and analytics
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Persistent and resilient person who thrives in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment
- Is highly organized and systematic, with superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate operational detail into a clear story for leadership
