- Proficient with at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.)
- Comfortable with Linux/Unix command line and shell scripting
- Understanding of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and system design concepts
- Ability to read code, debug issues, and understand software architecture
- Systems & Networking: Experience with network protocols, load balancing, service mesh, or distributed tracing
- Cloud Services: Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure services, experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms
