About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Intern to join Tencent’s IT team in the PA office, United States. You will work closely with our IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Support teams to support daily IT operations, project delivery, data analysis, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- • Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline
- • H ave a basic understanding of IT operations, IT service management, infrastructure, workplace technology, or enterprise IT support
- • H ave strong organizational skills and are able to manage multiple tasks, follow up on details, and drive items to closure
- • Have e xperience or strong interest in project coordination, project management, operational planning, or service delivery
- • C omfortable working with data and have experience using Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and tracking
- • Experience with dashboards or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is a plus

• Assist in coordinating IT projects and operational initiatives, including task tracking, meeting notes, progress updates, risk follow-up, and stakeholder communication.
