What they're looking for
- Partner with the GTM teams to generate and execute strategies that increase demand and win-rate
- Assist the Revenue Operations Manager in developing a tracking and attribution strategy to measure GTM performance
- Align with the business intelligence, marketing, and sales teams to support reporting of key metrics
- Enhance and optimize Revenue Operations processes and lead routing so leads are accurately organized and properly distributed
- Document processes and proactively recommend ways to enhance them as new technologies are introduced
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the GTM tech stack to reduce manual work and scale operations
