About the role
As a Senior Executive Sourcer , you will lead the proactive identification, engagement, and cultivation of world-class executive talent across multiple business functions. You’ll combine research, insights, and innovative sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse leadership pipelines while acting as a trusted advisor to recruiters, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
What they're looking for
- 8 + years of experience in executive-level sourcing or executive search, with a strong emphasis on corporate/in-house environments , retained search or search firm experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging senior and C-suite talent within dynamic, high-growth, or global organizations
- Expert knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and candidate research techniques
- A trusted talent advisor skilled in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
- Exceptional ability to communicate and articulate complex opportunities to senior-level talent with poise and credibility
- Highly adept at building diverse leadership pipelines and utilizing multiple sourcing channels to uncover top talent
