Train a team of trainers to assist with new hire and other ad hoc training. Administer Performance Improvement Plans when necessary to guide your team to perform up to standard. Telecommuting and working from home permitted.
Must be fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written. Requires a master’s degree in enterprise risk management or finance. No experience required, but must have graduate coursework in Insurance risk management and Operational risk management. The base salary is $247,333/year.
