Beyond traditional platform maintenance, this role pioneers the next generation of AI-driven government service by designing, developing, and deploying Agentforce agents and custom actions that transform everyday interactions between citizens and government agencies.

- Agentforce & AI Development: Design, configure, and deploy autonomous and hybrid AI agents using Agentforce, customized subagent orchestration, instructions, and guardrails to handle complex mission inquiries
- Custom Action Building: Develop Apex classes, flows, and API connectors to equip Agentforce agents with custom actions and API integrations required to execute complex tasks
- Data Grounding & System Integration: Implement secure data grounding strategies and build API integrations between legacy Federal systems, Data Cloud, and Salesforce to provide Agentforce with accurate context
- Custom Development: Build Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex triggers to enhance user interfaces and backend processes that interact with AI agent workflows
- AI Safety & Compliance: Enforce Federal security and compliance standards, configuring trust layers, data privacy controls, and audit mechanisms within AI interactions
- Solution Design & Collaboration: Work alongside Business Analysts and Architects to translate complex mission-critical business requirements into high-impact AI agent architectures
