About the role
You'll join as a founding member of Tines’ forward deployed team, embedded directly with our public sector and federal customers to drive transformational AI adoption. Your job is to realize maximum potential for Tines’ customers and to ensure every stakeholder from end user to customer leadership understands and fully realizes the value of Tines. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience working with public sector or federal customers
- Proven track record of driving adoption and delivering measurable value from complex technical products inside enterprise environments
- Strong engineering skills to own integrations, troubleshoot production issues and understand customer infrastructure
- Strong Python skills (plus ideally TypeScript, Java, or similar)
- Production experience with LLMs and AI systems: prompt engineering, agent workflows, and deployment at scale
- Ability to train, enable and influence stakeholders across all levels
