The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or equivalent field
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Self-starter capable of independently navigating ambiguity
- Comfortable communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences and presenting to all levels of management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

The Strategic Finance team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across the company. We are seeking a Senior Associate to support the go-to-market efforts of our International organization, which brings Toast’s platform to restaurants outside the U.S. You’ll partner directly with International sales, marketing, and onboarding leaders, building the topline and expense forecasts for each market and the reporting that tracks them against plan. The work is hands-on and close to the numbers, and it’s also where the strategic questions get answered: how each market performs, what drives unit economics, and where the business can operate more efficiently. This is a high-impact role at the center of Toast’s international expansion, with regular exposure to senior and cross-functional leadership.
