Deliver in-person professional learning sessions to customers as designed by the Programs Team. Tailor (where applicable) and adapt training content to address specific customer contexts, particularly within Career & Technical Education (CTE) and workforce development. - Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience delivering professional learning or training for educators, preferably in K-12, higher education, workforce development, or CTE contexts
- 2+ years of experience with instructional technology, edtech tools, or digital learning platforms
- Demonstrated success facilitating in-person professional learning workshops, coaching, or training sessions
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with proven success delivering customer-facing presentations and training sessions
