Leverage and expand existing relationships with district leaders, superintendents, principals, CTE directors, and procurement staff to open doors and accelerate deals. Navigate the buying, budgeting, and procurement processes of complex, urban districts, including funding sources such as Title I, Perkins, and state CTE grants.   • 7-10 years of experience in net new business SaaS sales
  • Comfortable traveling to customer locations (estimated 50% of the time)

  • Prior experience in EdTech, CTE, or workforce-development sales
  • Experience selling into K–12 education systems and/or government organizations

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team at Transfr!

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast growing team and have a direct impact on expanding Transfr's presence across public schools in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

This is a relationship-driven field sales role where you will leverage your existing relationships, navigate the complexities of district procurement, and build lasting partnerships that bring immersive career-readiness tools to students.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity considerations.

Own the full sales cycle across the Tri-State area.
