This position is needed to drive next-generation innovation by designing, prototyping, and implementing forward-looking technical solutions for Twilio’s innovation team.
What they're looking for
- 15+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles within innovative, fast-paced environments
- Applied fraud detection and governance framework experience
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLMs with experience deploying models or AI-driven projects
- Demonstrated success designing large-scale, high-performance architectures across AWS & Azure
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with proven ability to drive technical direction
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
