- 3+ years of experience in product management in a SaaS company - HR tech experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
