About the role
Come build the financial home for a family of companies that are trying to do good by doing well. You will live in Cañon City, care for the numbers the way we care for people, and help every brand outside our brands feel supported, empowered, and ready for what is next.
What they're looking for
- Ten or more years in accounting and finance, including leadership in a multi-entity or multi-location environment. Hospitality, real estate, construction, retail, or another operating-company background are all welcome
- A true expert in Excel and technology as a whole. You build models other people can trust, and you can explain them in plain language
- Comfort being both strategist and practitioner. You can set the system and you can close the books
- Experience designing or implementing employee benefits, or a closely related project you can speak to with honesty
- A CPA is welcome. Curiosity, care, and follow-through matter more than any single credential
- The ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
