What you’ll be doing
Own the global industry events strategy end-to-end, setting the vision, prioritization framework, and investment approach for how the company shows up across trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs, and partner activations in AMER and EMEA.
Manage and develop direct reports: setting goals, providing coaching, and building their capability to own end-to-end execution independently in their respective regions.
Build and continuously evolve a global event portfolio, ensuring regional programs ladder up to a coherent global strategy and reflect consistent brand standards while adapting to local market needs.
