About the role
As a Senior Credit Disputes Specialist at Upstart, you will be responsible for handling the credit dispute functions including indirect disputes through e-Oscar, responding to direct disputes in Salesforce, and understanding the credit information that is being reported to the credit reporting agencies month over month.
What they're looking for
- 1-2 years experience working on credit bureau reporting at a Financial Institution
- Credit dispute resolution experience with in-depth knowledge and familiarity with the credit reporting agencies
- In depth knowledge and experience working with e-Oscar
- Familiarity with the Metro2 format and reporting
