What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of professional software development experience (internships and personal projects are welcome)
- Experience with C# and ASP.NET Core through work, internships, or personal projects
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue is a plus)
- Basic understanding of RESTful API development and web application architecture
- Familiarity with SQL databases (such as SQL Server) and an understanding of relational database concepts
