The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to handle extensive coordination across multiple internal customers and service providers.
What they're looking for
- Progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in payroll management
- Hands-on experience processing multi-state U.S. and Canada payroll
- Experience with Workday and ADP
- Experience processing equity compensation (RSUs and stock options) and related taxes
- Experience with mobility tax whether state to state or country to country
- High attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
