What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or managing LIMS platforms in regulated laboratory environments
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing technical or business systems teams
- Experience leading LIMS implementations, upgrades, integrations, or significant enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations, sample lifecycle management, and laboratory data processes
- Experience working within regulated environments, including system validation and change control practices
