What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 6 – 7 years of software engineering, quality engineering, or software development experience
- 3+ years leading Quality Engineering, Test Engineering, SDET, or Developer Platform engineering teams
- Proven experience building engineering platforms that improve software quality and developer productivity
- Strong background developing automated testing frameworks for cloud-native applications and distributed systems
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
