What they're looking for
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare billing, insurance coordination, or patient financial services with proven record of delivering excellent patient experience
- Extensive experience in patient financial navigation, healthcare billing, or insurance coordination
- Proven ability to manage complex patient cases with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between patients, providers, and hospital staff
- Passion for patient advocacy and a commitment to improving the healthcare experience
