What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 6 – 7 years of experience supporting commercial product software
- Deep hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, including IIS and SQL Server in production
- Strong working knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL-based distributions) in product deployments
- Proven experience with Docker and containerized application deployments
- Experience supporting products deployed across virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure
