About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Operational Services to drive growth across our services portfolio, including installation, break/fix, advanced exchange, configure-to-order, repair, logistics, and other end-to-end lifecycle services.

- 10+ years of experience in business development, services sales, account management, or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex services and operational solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Experience managing opportunities from initial customer engagement through implementation and revenue realization
- Strong solution-selling skills with the ability to understand operational challenges and develop customized service offerings
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, Supply Chain, Sales, and technical organizations
