About the role
Verkada is looking for a Customer Operations & Logistics Coordinator to own our order lifecycle from purchase order to dispatch. You'll process and validate customer orders, act as the main point of contact for customer questions about their orders, manage returns, and support our logistics team to keep shipments on schedule. This role suits someone detail-oriented who works independently, handles a fast pace well, and brings solutions along with the problems they flag. What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience with order entry and email handling in a high-volume environment
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume support environment
- 1+ year of logistics coordination experience, including domestic LTL/freight scheduling and documentation (BOLs)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (email and phone), including knowledge of professional email etiquette
- A customer-first mindset, with the patience and judgment to calm tense situations and see issues through to resolution
- A track record of managing a daily workload with about 90% autonomy, bringing proposed solutions when you raise problems
