YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Senior Central Operations Manager (Supplier Management) , you'll own how Voi partners with third-party logistics (3PL) providers end-to-end. In this role you’ll set the frameworks and standards all our 3PL partners operate against, focusing on building resilience and accountability to ensure vehicle availability for riders across our markets. This will include:
Owning the framework used for the 3PL vs. in-house split across all markets — from the optimal number of 3PL partners to the scope and distribution of charging hubs and warehouses.
Defining and rolling out the SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs that support resilience and accountability, as well as being the point of escalation for performance.
Reducing concentration risk across the 3PL network and designing charging capacity redundancy.
Partnering closely with our Procurement team to set sourcing criteria and bringing operational requirements and performance data into vendor selection.
Setting and tracking KPIs for 3PL performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
Integrating 3PL and charging capacity into Voi's central capacity planning process.
