What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in energy markets, demand response, or a closely related field
- A track record of effectively managing a team
- A natural relationship-builder with real charisma. You build trust quickly with internal and external teams, communicating effectively in both directions
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. Preference for experience with SQL and/or Python
- Excellent cross-functional project management instincts. You can coordinate across teams, delegate effectively, and drive ambiguous initiatives to resolution

MISO is one of our fastest growing markets, and we're looking for a Manager to help lead that charge. MISO is the frontier of our industry today, and this role means embracing ambiguity and uncharted territory as the market matures around us.
You'll serve as a key relationship-builder and figurehead for our MISO strategy, working directly with utilities, grid operators, and policymakers to track and react to changing market design. You'll synthesize what those changes mean for our existing customers, new deals, product roadmap, and sales approach, and communicate that clearly across the org. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where relationship building, project management, and the judgment to prioritize matter more than day-to-day operational or dispatch management experience.
