About the role
As Senior Fleet Planner, you will own the operational orchestration of Waabi's vehicle fleet. You will be the connective tissue between our vehicles, our crews, our commercial customers, and our internal tooling, making sure the right vehicle is in the right place, with the right people, at the right time. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in fleet planning, asset management, or logistics coordination supporting Class 8 or autonomous vehicle fleets
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in fleet management and telematics/ELD platforms, or similar operational systems
- Demonstrated familiarity with the full asset lifecycle of an autonomous vehicle fleet, including deployment, maintenance, downtime, and operational readiness
- Experience running recurring cross-functional meetings, driving decisions with clear owners and dates
- Strong data fluency with the ability to combine data across systems, analyze operational performance, and identify capacity or availability constraints
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering and Product to define business requirements and improve or automate operational workflows
