About the role
In this role, you will report to IT Network Operations Manager Incident Management : Act as an Owner during major service disruptions, managing the end-to-end remediation of high-severity events and Tier 2/3 escalations. Evolve the incident framework into an advanced ITIL-aligned methodology, prioritizing root-cause analysis, trend identification, and post-incident reviews (PIRs) to eliminate chronic or repetitive network issues.
