About the role
As a Facility Manager, you are responsible for making sure systems of the built environment, or facility, work harmoniously. What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management, or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a warehouse management role
- Experience leading a security function and a facility/maintenance team
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety, HazMat protocols and environmental compliance, including familiarity with OSHA PSM and EPA RMP for ammonia facilities
- Experience running PIT programs: daily safety checks, preventative maintenance, and operator training and certification
- Facility services experience across security, fire, janitorial and equipment maintenance
