- 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or management, benefits consulting or brokerage, vendor implementation or onboarding, HR, healthcare, operations, analytics or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, detail-intensive projects involving multiple stakeholders and significant amounts of information
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high personal standard for accuracy and completeness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sense of complex information and apply frameworks consistently
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex benefit offerings into clear, engaging employee-facing content. Experience in benefits, communications or content writing is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality

As a Benefits Content and Implementation Manager , you’ll play a critical role in translating complex employer benefit portfolios into an experience employees can actually understand and use. Day to day, that means reviewing client benefit portfolios, building resource listings in plain language, and tagging each listing so employees can quickly see resources that match their need and eligibility.
This is a detailed, execution-oriented, individual contributor role with meaningful impact. The quality of every build directly affects the employee experience, the value clients realize from Wellist and the insights we can generate about their benefits portfolios.
