Decide which segments to go after and in what order
Hire and lead the local sales and account team
Localize the pitch, pricing, and go-to-market for Brazil
Report market revenue and pipeline to leadership

Track record of closing deals and building a team from zero
Native or fluent Portuguese, plus working English
