Join WithCoverage as VP, Growth on the Growth team, based in our NYC office. This is a specialist role: you will be the subject matter expert for a specific vertical, such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Consumer/CPG, Technology, or Manufacturing, and own new business growth within it. What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in a Enterprise consultative sales OR commercial insurance Producer (or AVP/VP) role with quota-tied responsibility, including prospecting, discovery, and conversion
- Deep expertise in a specific vertical (e.g. Private Equity, Real Estate, Consumer/CPG, Technology, Data Centers, or Manufacturing), with a book or track record of placing business in that space
- Fluency in the coverage lines, carrier markets, and risk exposures that matter most to your industry
- An established network of industry relationships you can activate for referrals and warm introductions
- Strong client relationship management and consultative sales skills
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
