About the role
The Professional Services Healthcare Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for our healthcare customers. We are looking for a hardworking, innovative, and collaborative team member to join our healthcare industry team. In this role, you will efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise. The consultant will take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and Compensation modules
- 2+ years consulting experience
- Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry, specifically hospitals and/or direct patient care
