The ideal candidate understands the changing K-12 landscape and has experience motivating teams with creative strategy and high performance standards. We're looking for a manager with the ability to lead and inspire an inside sales team while handling IXL's rapid growth. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to sell other brands within the IXL Learning family of brands, including Rosetta Stone.

- Provide leadership to a team of inside sales consultants to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization
