We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our APAC team to build out BA Business Analyst capability within Product. You will focus on improving, defining, and growing our product capability in the digital payments space for our customers.
This is a role for someone who knows digital payments, is flexible, builds knowledge within teams, and works comfortably across multiple disciplines. You will lead analysis across technical, financial, commercial, economic, and social topics, drawing on both primary (direct) and secondary (desktop) sources to improve the operational effectiveness of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Insight & Analysis
Build and maintain the product team’s knowledge of key aspects of our products and services, technologies, social trends, economic conditions, regulations, and digital payments.
Lead analysis across technical, financial, commercial, economic, and social topics, using both primary and secondary research sources.
Champion data-driven decision-making, building the metrics, reporting, and visualisations the product team relies on.
