About the role
Zillow Group is looking for a Program Manager to join the Studio Z Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of creative production and brings structure, clarity, and care to every project they touch.

- 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc)
- Collaborative mindset, a desire to get the best work from teams
- Eye for efficiency and creative problem solving
- Project Management tool experience a plus
