- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or application developer at a mid-to-large sized technology company, preferably in sales operations, finance, or incentive compensation context
- Passionate about learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Advanced Python skills required, with demonstrated experience in object-oriented design and API integration development
- Experience with Databricks, including data warehouse design, SQL development, and building end-user reporting applications required
- Experience with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs) for CI/CD deployment of jobs, pipelines, and workflows required, familiarity with Terraform and YAML-based infrastructure provisioning a plus
