About the role
As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will help strengthen the infrastructure behind Zipline’s growing commercial organization. You will work on projects that make sales data more useful, processes more scalable, and decisions easier to make. You may support pipeline analysis, account and territory planning, CRM improvements, prospecting operations, and reporting. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

- Audit, standardize, and enrich CRM records to improve data quality and trust in reporting
- Support recurring pipeline, forecast, and funnel reporting, identify trends in stage movement, aging, coverage, and conversion
- Build account lists, market maps, and research briefs that help sales teams prioritize prospects and whitespace opportunities
- Document and improve sales processes, including lead routing, handoffs, opportunity stages, and follow-up workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional Sales Operations initiatives by tracking milestones, owners, risks, and next steps
- Create practical dashboards, analysis, playbooks, and enablement materials for sales and leadership stakeholders
