About the role
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Nest Applications team, you will shape the customer experience of the software used to order, track, and manage healthcare deliveries. You will help us build customer-facing products that are clear, trustworthy, and easy to use—even when customers are not readily available for day-to-day feedback.
What they're looking for
- Lead the design and delivery of customer-facing applications that support ordering, tracking, and delivery operations
- Own major projects end to end: shaping user flows, making UX decisions, designing architecture and data models, implementing across the stack, and measuring results after launch
- Build fast feedback loops with customers through direct conversations, analytics, support signals, limited releases, and structured experiments
- Establish feature-flag, beta, phased-rollout, or other gradual-release practices that let us validate changes with a subset of customers before broad release
- Raise the quality bar for frontend UX, interaction patterns, accessibility, and product polish
- Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, and customer-facing teams to identify and solve high-impact user problems
