About the role
We are seeking a performance-driven Inside-Sales Associate to convert and activate Zolve Credit Card users across Indian outbound and US-resident student/professional segments. You will own the funnel from lead engagement to first transaction, ensuring clarity, trust, and a smooth onboarding experience.

- Call and follow up with leads daily through CRM
- Assess customer profile and update CRM with accurate status
- Maintain strong connection and first-contact quality
- Target: ≥70% connection rate
- 100% CRM accuracy
- 1–6 years of telesales or financial-product sales
