About the role
We are looking for a senior SEO leader to own and scale organic acquisition at Zolve across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms . This role requires deep expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, conversion optimization , and AEO/GEO optimization for AI platforms , along with the ability to lead teams and influence product decisions in a high-growth, product-led environment.
What they're looking for
- 6–10 years of experience in SEO and organic growth
- 2–3+ years of experience leading SEO teams or agencies
- Strong hands-on expertise in technical SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion optimization
- Proven exposure to AEO and GEO optimization for AI-powered search and generative platforms
- Experience in product-led, consumer internet, or fintech companies
- Deep understanding of search algorithms, on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and AI search behavior
