About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager – Engagement & Retention to drive product-led strategies that deepen user engagement, improve activation, and strengthen long-term retention. Your focus will be to build habit-forming product experiences, optimise lifecycle journeys, and use data-driven insights to convert active users into loyal, high-value customers.
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years in Product Management, Growth, Lifecycle, or relevant B2C roles
- Experience in high-frequency consumer products (fintech, gaming, quick commerce, consumer apps) preferred
- Proven track record in improving engagement and retention metrics
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, habit loops, and retention frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
- Comfortable with experimentation, cohort analysis, and data-driven decision-making
