About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (tech/non-tech based on requirement)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and advanced search techniques
- Experience hiring for domains such as Sales, Business Development, Operations, Tech, Finance , or similar areas
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and hiring trackers
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, compensation basics, and hiring metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
