Zoox is seeking a Manager, Service Operations Systems to lead the strategy, optimization, and scaling of the enterprise systems supporting our Fleet Service Operations organization. This role will own the technology landscape across Asset Management, Maintenance, Field Service, Workforce Management, and Service Operations, ensuring our systems and processes are scalable, integrated, and capable of supporting rapid fleet growth. - 15+ years of experience in fleet operations technology, enterprise applications, asset management, field service, workforce management, or enterprise transformation, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, end-to-end business processes across Operations, Maintenance, Field Service, Asset Management, and Workforce Management
- Expert-level experience with SAP EAM/PM and strong understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance, work order, and field service processes
- Experience with SAP FSM and enterprise workforce platforms such as UKG, NICE WFM, Beeline, or equivalent solutions
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability, capable of balancing long-term enterprise architecture and roadmap planning with immediate operational needs in a high-growth environment
