About the role
As Manager, Technical Program Management, you will lead the team responsible for coordinating prototype sensor and compute hardware programs and supporting their transition to high-volume serial manufacturing. You will partner with leaders across hardware, software, vehicle engineering, product, manufacturing, and finance to turn strategic priorities into executable plans. Your team will maintain schedules, define milestones, track resources and budgets, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Oversee technical programs for high-volume serial manufacturing, including production readiness, capacity planning, ramp milestones, and the resolution of issues that affect output.
Coordinate the transition from prototype builds to serial production with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and contract manufacturing partners.
