- 8+ years of experience in a similar audio visual or IT engineering role, including 1+ year leading a team
- Strong IT foundation, including networking concepts and Windows/macOS troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
- Experience administering Zoom, Zoom Rooms, and related conferencing hardware (Neat / Logitech) and software platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization
- Experience providing white-glove executive support
- AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I certification

The Audio Visual team within IT Client Services owns all conferencing technology, digital signage, and AV infrastructure across Zoox. As the Senior IT Engineer, Audio Visual, you will own the technical AV platform end to end — including Zoom and all video conferencing hardware, digital signage, and site builds — while managing a team of contractors and coordinating with external vendors. You'll partner with our Internal Events Production team to support company-wide events, and act as a backup to IT Executive Services for meeting support, Zoom, and Google Calendar questions. This role requires a strong IT foundation, sound judgment under pressure, and exceptional communication skills.
