What do Venture Fellows actually do?

For eight weeks, fellows work through real startups with GP Lucas Pols, judging the team, market and traction. After that, they keep reviewing live deals weekly and join exclusive investor webinars.

What does the Venture Fellow curriculum cover?

Fund economics, valuations, sourcing, diligence, deal terms and AI, each applied to a real company. Newcomers get a full foundation, and experienced investors still walk away with new ideas.

Does it help if I want a startup job, not a VC job?

Can Venture Fellows become scouts?

Yes. Graduates are invited to become 1752vc scouts, and Venture Fellow is the only path into the scout program. Scouts bring in about 30% of our deals.
